How to use Bach Flowers remedies ?

 
Bach treatment bottle is made in a mixing dropper bottle, and standard dose is 4 drops 4 times a day. 
One remedy can be suitable for your case, but we can combine up to 7 flowers. When combining several remedies, we are using 30 ml mixing bottle as the best way to mix your personal formula and the easiest way to carry the mixture with you.
Prepare Bach treatment bottle by adding 2 drops ( or 4 drops of Rescue Remedy) of each Bach Flower Original Remedy bottle (up to 7 remedies) into a 30 ml/1oz mixing bottle, and fill with spring water. 

The Bach Original Flower Remedies can also be taken by placing 2 drops directly on the tongue; or rubbing onto lips, behind the ears, on the temples, or wrists.
We can also add 2 drops of Bach Original Flower Remedy to any beverage and sip at intervals. Repeat as necessary until the desired effect is achieved.
